Im about to enter a new market. It’s a small one and there is only 1 other player who has established himself over a few years. My product is of higher quality , cheaper and will save customers more time. But I feel like customers will refer my business by saying ‘oh company X already does this’. What’s the best way to compete or differentiate myself.
