They put their needs ahead of their users', and that sucks.

Open sourcing their work is a courtesy and not a right.

Is there data with that, or do paid customers generally not have a problem with it? Open sourcing their work is a courtesy and not a right.

I’d be happy to see it go, this stupid hack is what makes it necessary to accept web fonts. Otherwise I’d be delighted to never wait for them again.
