Not according to the status page but we are also experiencing it - cannot pull, push and receive a "We ran into a minor glitch." error.

Investigating - Following reports from customers starting at 12:45 UTC, Bitbucket Cloud became unavailable.

Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have further information. Oct 16, 12:56 UTC

The status is in correct because access to repos is also down, not only website.

I can confirm that it is down tried pushing but failed

Same here, bitbucket not accessible - not on login or repo, both are down.
