#2This is the second iteration of browsecareers and I'm concerned that it isn't very intuitive and doesn't present well on the main page. Looking for suggestions on how to explain the depth, but not overwhelm.

#3This is the second iteration of browsecareers and I'm concerned that it isn't very intuitive and doesn't present well on the main page. Looking for suggestions on how to explain the depth, but not overwhelm.
There are WAY too many links on the home page. The whole point is to help someone be removing the number of choices they have to make to get the correct result. So design a process that does that, instead of just throwing a bunch of links up. Perhaps a step by step quiz (10 questions, build a profile of someone etc.)
