There's has been no information made public yet.
Logging in to your own account you should see an alert for each AMS droplet, all 3 of my AMS droplets were down.
It seems to have recovered a few minutes ago, for a total downtime of around about 1h30.
And this is on top of the somewhat frequent restarts they announce after the fact.
