#2Am I misunderstanding when I say that National Debt is basically the amount of dollars in circulation. Which is to say that the only way for gov't to introduce more money into the system is to issue it through Debt. So if we have a growing economy, measured in GDP, it does necessitate a need for growing the money supply (e.g. we have more millionaires and billionaires than ever-- where does all this money come from?)
