However discriminating like the article suggests, by hiring an exact ratio of colours, sexes, religions and other orientations instead of judging people by how well they could do the job, well, that's just as bad..

#3I'd like to know if the suspicions in the article ascribed to 'brogrammers', that women with children are more likely to take time off for their familiar and be generally less available, is in fact true. It seems to be chastising these guys for thinking this, so let's see some numbers?
