Wrong. In no way, shape or form did Obama formulate this policy. Obama never banned people with legal, existing visas and permanent residents from entering the country.

Obama has dropped more than 100,000 bombs across the middle east, many countries are going to be of concern now. People tend to not like it too much when you bomb them.

Obama's order was to withdraw the visa waiver program for those 7 countries. Citizens of those countries could still apply for a visa and then enter the US. Trump's order banned legal and vetted immigrants, a ban which initially included even lawful permanent residents. The two aren't even remotely comparable.
Do you mean that green card holders will now require additional screening? So by ban you mean temporarily inconvenienced?
