I was running an experiment on Facebook using their advertising platform over the past few weeks, and I used the phrase "reputable news source" in the description.

I started to get a lot of comments that the only reputable news sources were "Fox News", "Breitbart", and then a litany of obscure conspiracy-theory websites that were pushing #pizzagate and other conspiracies.

It totally caught me off guard, even though I know that's where many find their news today. I guess what it taught me is that "reputable" is a fuzzy-term.

Is there a page where we can fund advertising efforts?

It seems like our best efforts at algorithm news and information (google, FB) favor the highest bidder. I would love to see more of these pages promoted for key search queries.

Google's search results for this query rank a Holocaust-denying site first. This is meant to rank #1 for the query and clean up that search result.

I'm curious -- how "fringe" is this theory? That is, how common is the belief that the Holocaust did not happen? Day after day I'm amazed at the lack of knowledge across the world? A few weeks ago, I would not have thought that something like this were necessary. But now...

If the goal of this was to displace white supremacist search results, why not pick the highest ranking reputable site and ask for links to that site? Looks a lot like an ego play for the guy who started the thing. Shameful to use the death of countless Jews to enhance one's "personal brand". What a horrible person.
