Optimized for what?

What's the list of userIDs for on video or user? I mean, if you want useful commentary, the least you could do is provide a schema that provides all relevant information.

Do you know how to document a schema? There are known ways to go about it. This is not one of them.

I know what a user ID is. I asked why there's a list of them on videos.
