I run a warehouse-turned-workspace catered towards young startups who are looking for a place to work that doesn't kill the budget or hemorrhage investment dollars. The space has been occupied by a YC backed startup who worked at The Yard since April while they raised additional funds. They just moved to a new office in SF so the space is available again.

The space is quite flexible. I have space for 15 workers. I've had mixes of freelancers and small startups as well as teams who occupy the entire space.

All major payment methods are accepted and there are no long term contracts. Members pay by the month!

Transportation: We're about a one minute walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station in Mountain View. We're also 5 minutes from 101 (San Antonio Exit) by car and about 10 minutes away from 280 (El Monte Exit)
