We just published our new open source ticketing and customer service system.

Background: The founder and creator of the OTRS ticket system build an open source Zendesk alternative with some pretty neat features which can be found here: http://days.zammad.org/

Good point! Not yet but I created an issue for that: https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/253 we will come to that as soon as possible.

Great! I'll give it a go when the Vagrant box is ready. At the moment I'm providing support for a small product via email and it's getting old. I'm keen to switch to something better.
