How did that even happen?

Found this on CBS news. "Al Hakam Ralial, admits he hacked the IT system of the billboard operator but claims that the broadcast of the porn movie was accidental." Now we have two "how did this happen?" questions.

Second: "Cool a billboard password let me - whoops, forgot to close the porn"

He will get 24 years for piracy - mass broadcasting of the show he had no rights to. Surely the owner of the video will sue him into oblivion.
