#2Yes! This is exactly what I would love. Be able to tell Google "tell me about interesting things within two miles of my route" and then have it start to learn what I like by which things I actually stop at.
And while we're at it, how about calling out cheap gas along the way. :)

#8What's impressive is to realise how recent most modern US travel infrastructure is. The Interstate Highway System wasn't begun until 1958.
