Can anyone on HN confirm this? I haven't released anything new on the App Store in a couple years.

its been getting very quick lately, most of my submissions lately have been less than 4 days. But I can't confirm the 1 day review time yet.

The quickest I've ever had was about 8 hours, but that was an expedited review.

The article seems to mention this is for new submissions only, what about updates? Presumably these can be verified faster than new apps?
