Density Labs is hiring Business developers

Density Labs is a small team of elite engineers that builds stunning web and mobile applications. As a sales representative / Business Development Manager, you’ll be focused on lead generation, working with customers to develop great relationships, helping them to learn about Density Labs and facilitating the relationship. We’re just setting up our first sales team, so you’ll have a chance to make a significant impact on the company.

Responsibilities

* Set up and run process to drive outbound prospecting to build sales qualified leads * Implement and track metrics for recording the success; use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity * Work with customers to communicate how Density Labs can fit their business needs * Proactively develop and manage a mix of small and large opportunities, while focusing on closing deals with a high likelihood of success * Provide management with accurate sales forecasts, reports on sales activities and projects as requested in a timely fashion * Collaborate with the engineering team for all technical questions * Advocate for customer needs by pointing out suboptimal processes or wrong priorities * Provide quotes and negotiating close * Check in with clients on overall health of relationship and act proactively to address any issues or concerns

Required qualifications

* Proven track record in business software sales or, at least, 3+ years of significant experience in a sales organization * Ability to discuss complex software concepts and product capabilities in business relevant manner * Strong customer orientation, dedication and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience * Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about the product and market and to assess customer needs * Understanding of the tech startup market * Strategic and analytical thinking, numbers obsession * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills * Collaborative and team-oriented, having close attention to detail, organisational and time management skills * Experience with OKR is a plus
