Didn't Ptacek do something similar to Zed Shaw?

It is a shame that Thomas Ptacek felt so strong about his "don't roll your own cryptography" manta that he decided to attack people personally over it.

It was pretty clear that cryptocat was a product of an enthusiastic and young developer (Nadim) and that it should be treated as such. For context, Nadim has matured and now is working towards a cryptography Ph.D.

It is concerning that Thomas feels justified in continually attacking Nadim. A professional, particularly a public professional, should treat people with respect.
