#2Totally agree with this post. Actually, I think highly skilled workers should stop seeing themselves as employees and think of themselves as contractors with a single client. You should not get comfortable, you should come on board, solve a problem and move on to a different one.
Loyalty doesn't mean anything and staying to long at the same company is a serious handicap on a resume nowadays.
