you could extract such generalized advice from almost anything. the article he references, http://www.dailyspeculations.com/wordpress/?p=4249, contains a little more substance but reeks of the halo effect and backwards rationalization to me. it's all good advice but i don't see anything specific or unique to lady gaga's approach which is what the title suggests.
