#4It also depends a lot on whether your team is a bunch of extroverts that works ten times more efficiently when you're all in the same room, or a bunch of introverts who work ten times more efficiently in the peace and quiet of home at the middle of the night.
You still need to have plenty of face-to-face meetings to hash things out, I agree with that, but leave it upto people as to how they get work done. Expect results, that's all that matters.

I was curious and checked whois: aboveaverage.com and citizensagainstremoteworking.org don't seem to be related at all.
