bureaucracies essentially never reform or reduce themselves through their own processes and by their own hand. they have not the incentive, perspective, nor means to do so.

Have you considered reducing the overall scope of the federal government rather than just the executive branch?

I see the government doing at least two things: setting rules and providing services. Do you want fewer rules or fewer services? Or something else?

I find it absolutely incredible that people believe this.

Trump LIES about everything, all the time. He just lies in all directions. He lies that the sun is blue, he lies that the sun is red, he sometimes that the sun is pink.

Then a decent chunk of the population chooses the lies they like and ignores the rest.
