People here saying SF is dangerous, the homicide rate is less than 3 per 100k people. I wouldn’t call it dangerous by any means. Shit happens.
This is sad news, but as much as I am a critic of SF’s policies around homelessness and drugs, it is not a dangerous city that someone will get murdered. SF has one of the lowest homicide rates of big cities. If you read the article, you'll find that SF is a dangerous city in which someone was just senselessly murdered.
SF politicians now have blood on their hands, question is, will they do anything about it?
