The critique is that the messaging is laughable, and it shows things that a developer would have pride over - like the interface - which none of the users would have time for.
A common problem with messaging like this is that some folks work in isolated industries, verticals, or company sizes, so what one sees as a CTO or CEO mean something different to another, so maybe the first step is bridging the gap and asking this person more about their intended audience, the company size/focus for the CEO/CTO, and maybe even who they are and why they used that messaging before critiquing it.

Consider making a screen recording with a voice over what it is doing.
Put an excel work flow side by side vs. this. That shows why this is better/faster/cleaner ... etc.

my comment absolutely added to the gradient, productively. the gradient of all the other responses and just in case those responses didn't allow the author or anyone else to extrapolate what's wrong, then my comment makes the hysterical absurdity of the current approach clearer just check out the rest of the thread instead of this unsolicited meta-critique for something a lot of people would find useful
Edit: I see no trend in the comments of substance free sarcasm, I see plenty of pretty direct critiques with clear reasons or at the very least direct explanations of the displeasure. Sorry you are bothered by my focus on this thread, it's not personal, but imagine how the author felt when they read your comment. I am guilty of a lot of terrible internet content, so trust me when I say this isn't a judgement call, just a hope that we can do better with folks who are trying.
