If you are using a partner in a "major law firm" for routine contract work, you're doing it wrong.

(If you use that firm, such work should be turned over to a less senior staff member and billed at a somewhat lower rate.

If the partner is a friend or friendly acquaintance, s/he might ensure the assignment is to an attorney (and possibly assisting staff) they respect and they might look over the results before they are returned to you.)
