Point to where she blamed straight white men for all social economic issues in the country (OP's words), or where a similar phrase exists in the Democrat party platform, and I'll take back my comment. There are a small handful of wacky politicians who are indeed on this "straight white man" kick, but it's not even remotely a position accepted by the broader party.

But in the other hand you don't have to worry about mass shootings. You can freely walk (mostly) wherever you want without risking your life (that is not normal in most of the world). Medical debt and the discourse around it is interesting. Not having insurance is the fundamental issue, medical debt itself is legally mandated to be negotiable. As in they are legally required to find a negotiable payoff price that will work for your personal financial situation, similar to school debt. I pay $70/month for school debt and will for the next 25 years. Is that a lot? Yes. Does it matter to me? Not so much. I could be wrong about the medical debt, but I don't think i am.

This is huge and something that would drastically improve my quality of life in a substantial way. Love Europe for this. Love.

I guess I can only give anecdotal evidence as there aren't any surveys about it but India posseses a historical resentment towards UK. I guess only time will tell how the Indian public perceives such deal.

Judging by the very large Indian community living in the UK, and the extensive community and business links between the two countries, I imagine “very well”.

In most of the West, that I know of, people admit to issues. Brazenly say, yes , German train system is under performing, no investment in the last 10 years from both parties. Then there is chance for change. It is happening.

Ego issues need to cleared away.

They said "to be politically and economically equidistant from the US and China". I don't see any mention of being "best friends" with China. It's not like if the US was exactly a "friend" at all these days.

Again words vs reality.

Reality is that China is openly suporting a war against europe. But words give leverage against US in negotiations.
