I'm not sure I fully buy this, only because how would anyone be absolutely certain that they'd make more with Sam Altman in charge? It feels like a weird thing to speculatively rally behind. I'd imagine there's some internal political drama going on or something we're missing out on.
Why do you think absolute certainty is required here? It seems to me that "more probable than not" is perfectly adequate to explain the data.
