Why do people make assumptions on the motive behind other peoples' posts :) I don't think the GP is making a value judgement on the fact that Make A Wish often does things that do not scale. Rather I took it as a way to partially describe the Make A Wish organization in the language used to describe startups.
So I should have given him the benefit of the doubt.
