Chime | Senior Application Security Engineer, Product Security Engineer, Manager - Product Security | San Francisco / Chicago / New York | Hybrid

I’m an Engineering Manager in Security at Chime, and we’re actively hiring for three roles on our broader Product Security org:

Senior Application Security Engineer: https://careers.chime.com/jobs/8373535002/senior-application...

Product Security Engineer: https://careers.chime.com/jobs/8141068002/product-security-e...

Manager - Product Security: https://careers.chime.com/jobs/8526680002/manager-product-se...

Chime is a financial technology company focused on helping everyday Americans unlock financial progress. We built Chime on the premise that core banking services should be helpful, easy, and free, and our security teams play a direct role in protecting the products and infrastructure that members rely on.

Our Product Security org works across application and infrastructure security, security design and architecture reviews, and vulnerability management. We partner closely with engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate risk early, with an emphasis on making security practical, embedded in everyday development, and useful to the teams building Chime’s products. If you’re excited about being on the front lines of securing both AI and financial technology, this is a particularly interesting place to do that work. We currently have Senior Application Security Engineer, Product Security Engineer, and Manager - Product Security open.

If none of those are quite the right fit, feel free to apply anyway! We expect to open more security roles in the near future across a range of experience levels and specializations.

QA Specialist: Manual testing of our iOS/Android app and web tools, working alongside our head of QA on a clinical product where data quality, platform stability, and accessibility are critical to our mission.

Note: Candidates must be in time zones no further west than EST; Western Europe is fine.

Guild.ai | ONSITE (San Francisco) | Full-time | https://www.guild.ai/

Gulid.ai is the control plane for agents. We're building a new way of orchestrating and sharing agents that mimics some of the best parts of Github, with the centralized control and credential management that enterprise shops need.

From our about us: We are builders at heart—founders, SREs, open-source stewards, architects of large systems, and people who love creating things from scratch. We believe AI should amplify the creativity of everyone who builds software, not just speed up tasks. If you’re technical, curious, customer-driven, and want to shape how the next generation of software is created, we’d be thrilled to work with you.

We have multiple open roles, including AI Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Software Engineers.

Chestnut | Senior Product Engineer | SF or Seattle (Hybrid) | https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/Chestnut

I'm Nick, CTO & co-founder. We're Rippling, but for insurance carriers paying their sales force. Every policy sold triggers a chain of payouts across brokers, agents, and sub-agents. Today that runs on spreadsheets and legacy vendor systems and tomorrow they'll run on Chestnut. Nationwide and other major carriers have already made the switch.

Revenue is up 8x in the last year. We're backed by a16z. Founding team came out of leadership at Ethos (insuretech that recently IPO'd in January).

The work is state-heavy and correctness-critical: payouts that must reconcile with finance to the cent, dynamic agent hierarchies, retries, chargebacks, partial failures. These systems move real money and cannot drift.

You'll design schemas, build backend logic, ship UI, deploy, and own the sharp edges that show up with real enterprise customers.

Stack: Go, TypeScript/React, Postgres, Temporal, Kubernetes, AWS. We use AI aggressively and expect you to as well.

We're looking for 3–6 years on real product systems. You're thoughtful about invariants and failure modes.
