It's worse than that. Two years of declining sales at Tesla.[1] Mostly for ordinary car manufacturer reasons. Tesla hasn't had a new model in years other than the Cybertruck, which was a dud. Prices are still too high. Electric cars still cost more than gas cars in the US. This seems to be a US-only problem. Electric cars are doing fine in the rest of the world. A majority of new cars in China are electric. Here's th…

It costs the equivalent of $11k in China. It costs 19k EUR in Europe (some of this is tariffs, but they're likely also just taking advantage of how limited the sub-20k EV market is in Europe right now, and I'd expect that they have room to drop this once the VW 20k car launches).

Weird, I didn't know the media could fabricate things Elon does on the website he owns, is the cybersecurity at X that bad they can freely impersonate him?

I think there's a difference between "I once did a drug" and "drug abuse"

Ioniq 6 is also very nice, better build quality than the model 3 Many Hyundai are already on the 800V architecture and charge faster

Better build quality at expense of like 10 features.

Like having real buttons instead of an ipad?

So tired of teslaholes and their superiority complex...

What real buttons? Ioniq6 uses capacitive touch climate buttons. The worst of both worlds.

Love how every anti-tesla comment now ends with personal attack.

Has ICCU blown yet? Hyundai just can't be trusted with any cars, EVs included. Kona? Reductor gear blows up at 100k km, right as warranty expires.

Get lost, Elon.

Love how this rather old thread got brigaded minutes after posting. Tells me everything I need to know.

Now compare the steering wheels and yokes

I have multiple physical buttons I can assign to different functions

Does Tesla even make yokes anymore? IIRC it's only on cybertruck where it makes sense due to drive-by-wire.

Steering wheel buttons are pretty good on Tesla and there's tons of third party options of buttons. In fact I am not sure if there are any modern cars as hackable as Tesla (still long ways to go tho).

p.s. I had rental MB campervan few months ago. IIRC about 12 buttons with 30+ positions. Absolute nightmare to use.
