SEEKING WORK | Remote | AI Agent Automation Engineer

I build self-running AI agent systems for businesses — the kind that operate 24/7 without human babysitting.

Recent work:

- Designed and currently run a fully automated digital-products business: content generation, publishing, payment processing, delivery, customer email — zero human touches per order. The agent fleet handles ops, monitoring, and self-healing.

- Cut my own AI automation infrastructure bill by 97% via model tiering (frontier models only for hard tasks), replacing agent polling loops with stdlib scripts, and running a 465GB local MoE model on a Mac Studio for bulk generation.

- Built browser and GUI automation for legacy desktop software (Windows trading terminals, Electron apps) where no API exists, including watchdogs and power-loss recovery.

Technologies: Python, LLM tooling (local + API models), Playwright / browser automation, Docker, Linux ops, WebSockets, data pipelines.

What I'm good at: you hand me a manual business process, I hand back a system that runs itself — with monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery included. Fixed-price projects preferred.

Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with 8 years of experience building scalable AI systems, backend platforms, and full-stack applications. In my previous role, I helped architect a multi-tenant agentic orchestration engine that enabled delivery of 10 production-grade enterprise platforms.

Recent work includes AI orchestration platforms, privacy-first voice and matching systems, async vision + LLM pipelines in health-tech, and deterministic compliance workflows replacing unreliable RAG systems. Strong across Python, TypeScript, FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, and production API design.

I’m most valuable in roles involving AI-enabled products, backend/platform engineering, full-stack product ownership, and early-stage 0-to-1 execution. Open to senior full-stack, backend, platform, or AI engineering roles.

20 years shipping full-stack products, most recently spent putting LLMs into a workflow where being wrong has consequences. I built and run Arcoflow, a SaaS platform for HOA architectural review, including an AI reviewer that checks homeowner submissions against each community's own guideline PDFs and drafts a cited decision. Forced tool-use for structured output, prompt caching ordered so the expensive stable content is the reusable prefix, and an explicit "I cannot assess this" path so it declines instead of inventing a covenant.

Writeup of the architecture: https://soleary1222.github.io/notes/covenant-review/

Before that: led a team of 10 through a legacy-to-cloud re-architecture at a healthcare staffing company (Swift/Java/PHP to React Native and .NET Core microservices). Looking for senior/staff IC or forward-deployed work where shipping matters more than headcount.

Summary: Senior Software Engineer with 12 years of experience. The last five at Mercado Libre (120M+ active buyers, 18 countries), working on marketplace and logistics platforms. Previously at Softplan, where I migrated a large Java monolith to Go microservices. Mostly Go, some Java, all of it distributed and none of it allowed to go down.

A few things I've built there:

- Led the technical design of the event-driven orchestration behind the marketplace's virtual try-on feature. Go services coordinating an async image-generation pipeline (Python + GenAI) behind a React experience, running at marketplace scale. Roughly 7% conversion lift in the fashion vertical.

- Built the Go integration platform that launched a new digital-goods category (gift cards, digital games) across several LatAm countries. Thousands of orders a day against third-party partner APIs, where every vendor implements the same spec slightly differently and every failed call is somebody's money. Idempotency and reconciliation were the whole job.

- Built event-sourced Go services in the logistics platform, running across the LatAm fulfillment network. The valuable part wasn't the write path. It was making delivery workflows reconstructible after the fact, so incidents became answerable questions instead of archaeology.

Looking for Senior/Staff roles focused on distributed systems, platform, infra, payments, marketplaces, anything where correctness under load is the hard part. Open to full-time or contract.

Hello, I’m Edikan... a user-centered messaging strategist, and a lot of what I share on linkedin is really just me thinking through product messaging in public. I look at what SaaS products are saying, how users experience those products, and where those two don't match up. I’ll often look at the website, reviews, customer stories, forums, and the product itself to understand what users are seeing, missing, or struggling to understand.

But the research is really just where the thinking starts. I use what I learn to develop clearer product messaging, create messaging from scratch when needed, and turn those ideas into creative content across graphics and sometimes video. That’s the kind of thinking and creative work I’d love to bring in-house. https://www.linkedin.com/in/edikan-peters-978340281
