Except that because of the 'Blue Shield', police are rarely ever charged with any misdoing. A cop is never wrong, unless there is more than a mountain of evidence against them, and that makes me see all police as complicit. Those 'very upstanding citizens' are the same ones who sit by silently as hundreds of unarmed Americans are shot each year by police.
