What do you mean? It gets the weather for your city via your IP address, maybe you're on a VPN.

That's a pretty crappy way to detect it seems, it thinks I'm in some city almost a thousand miles away, no VPN, purely direct connection,...

If any place should be mostly filled with native application developers it should be Microsoft. No test engineers any more but there should be plenty of native application developers.

That would be nice, but I think the fact that they can pay web devs much less than native guys is probably a big factor in addition to the number of available applicants.
