#64From my skimming of the PDF, it sounds like a pneumatic tube transportation system with a compressor fan on the front of the vehicle that moves high-pressure air from the front to the back maintaining a low-pressure state around the vehicle. Kind of like an Earth-bound Alcubierre drive.

To me those sentences don't really fit together. 57 pages is a lot so let's hope it actually is not mostly fluff. I won't read that so I would be much happier with a 100 word tldr.
Personally, I'd prefer a video explaining this to the layman.
