You sound like a great hire to me. A lot of people in tech are somewhat challenged (in one way or another, and usually in several) when it comes to dealing with other people, so I don't see this as a disqualifying trait. I’ve released over 20 apps on the App Store, since 2012, but none have taken off. TBPH, I haven’t really tried.
