Twitter is working when proxied through Europe. Not working on the west coast of the US.

I tend to give twitter a lot of crap, but it's one of my gotos for finding out what is happening during an attack. Not in this case.

You can ignore things like "Not advertised to any peer" in looking glass output, just a function of a router being used as the looking glass server and not participating in routing.

Indeed the DNS seems alright. I am seeing broken routes to their load balancers from all of my testing sites (on opposite sides of the globe).

How can you quickly check DNS? Combination of Who.is / traceroute / ping / nslookup?
