I found I was the most productive when I was in a small office with 2-3 other developers, with a door we could close. I don't know if I have ADD(never been tested for it), but that's pretty much how I feel with open offices. Extremely irritating... So I left a cool startup for big enterprise, atleast where I can get my own cube.
