You haven't said anything new. "As long as you follow the law" is basically what I described. You're taking the requirements of clearing your debts and burying them under a phrase, and then claiming you're saying something different. In part, "following the law" means "clearing any outstanding debts."

You seem to have ignored the important distinction - there is no government approval needed. Even if you have outstanding debts, you can still dissolve the LLC. Of course creditors can cause trouble for doing that, but there is no government approval in the process.

In every state in the US I'm aware of, you must file for a certificate of dissolution with the state department. You can't do so unless you're in "good standing". In effect, you're not allowed to complete the dissolution until the state permits it.

yes, it's her fault that corporate profits kept rising and wages stagnated since the 90s.

Idk what world you live in, but Germany has clearly been in recession, unemplyment rose over the last few years and the rest of the Eurozone is in a similar condition

stagnation != recession

Contraction in 2023, 2024 and stagnation in this year. It is still has the effects of a recession even if the official data doesnt reflect it.

Signatures that can be erased easily aren't a great fit for a legally binding document. For more information, you can check whether the ink complies with DIN ISO 12757-2 and/or read up on "Dokumentenechtheit" [1] [1] https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dokumentenechtheit (It hasn't been translated to other languages yet.)

Apparently my every signature ever has been ISO compliant without me even knowing about that norm.
