not sure if you're aware but your job listings aren't showing on your site at all.

It just says "We don’t have any roles open at the moment. Our LinkedIn is the best place to keep an eye for notifications of when new roles go live." and then links to LinkedIn where it also says "No jobs at the moment".

Your the first company that actually posted about using CDK. I actually wrote a lot of CDK at AWS and I would love to apply but I’m a little hesitant in terms of my experience. I have about 3 years of Experience writing software

Don't sell yourself short, you should just apply. Your background is a good fit for many roles so don't let experience requirements throw you off, like all job requirements they are flexible.
