It doesnt have to be one sitting. Eat 2500 diet and add a cup of roast nuts twice a day and you are basically there. Moreover, you dont need to eat anywhere close to 5k to be morbidly obese. 1 cup of roast nuts over TDEE will gain you 100lbs in a couple short years

Assuming you maintain same activity level, the increase in weight wouldn't be that simple. TDEE rises as body weight rises (heavier body burns more) Overfeeding increases NEAT in some people (more fidgeting, movement)

I cup over TDEE will always be more as it raises

Btw I have a couple autoimmune issues and found Tirzepatide strongly preferable to Semaglutide.

Interesting, how did you get access? Through a prescription?

I did initially through some miracle, as I wasn’t overweight. But after that year was up I now do grey market. Finnrick does testing which seems like a decent way to source if you’re looking that way. Not affiliated though and haven’t done a lot of background research on them.

That's the problem with the definition of "healthy". No single food is "healthy" on it's own. It's a wrong way to look at it and why most people fail at finding a good diet. There's no super food you can just eat unlimited amounts of. A diet can be healthy if it's the nutrient combination of different foods that result in certain number of calories, protein, fat, carbs, minerals and vitamins per unit of time.

The more colorful the plate, generally; the better it is for you.

That's why Skittles-based diets tend to perform so well!

People can get fat by eating too much healthy food.

I consumed +11lbs (5.1kg) of food yesterday for only 2,500kcal If you have a stomach and appetite that are capable of consuming the 15 to 20 lb you need to eat 3,500 to 4,000 calories of similar foods, you ought to call a research lab

2500 kcal is waaaayyy above the TDEE of most people (especially most women - who hover around 1200-1500 TDEE; but even for men, 2000 TDEE is quite common for a regular office worker lifestyle). So most people would get quite fat quite rapidly eating that.

What do you do with the other 128 hours?

Sit in front of the TV like a zombie because I’m too tired to do anything else.

Don't assume it's only depression, check your testosterone levels etc., probably best to just get an endocrinologist consultation.

If you're tired and don't have energy you'll also feel depressed but that doesn't automatically mean you feel tired solely because of depression.
