For or against gTLDs Google should not be able to squat .dev is too generic to give to one company. Infact any one company squatting any gtld that isn't their registered trademark leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Thought ICANN auctioned all the gTLDs. Also, The USA invented the Internet.
