not exactly. Depends how you consume it. Smoking, yes probably. The other forms of cannabis are less obvious. They are clearer highs without smell or smoke and much less burnout.
Less coughing and effects of smoke, but the burnout is definitely due to daily THC, even if you vape it or do dabs. (To be clear, I don't think every daily user is a burnout.)

i think you're confusing burnout with 'a' Burnout. "burnout' refers to the coming down off of a weed high. 'A' burnout is a person who is so rarely sober that they are essentially always in a state of burning out. With drugs stronger than marijuana this can be permanent or nearly so.

Yeah I definitely want the person who costs Wal-mart a couple thousand bucks to face execution. great idea.
It's not that walmart lost something, it's that it's a general menace to others, and if you do it once fine but if you do it 10 times you're out. Get them to leave the country, if execution is not your thing.
I don't get how you could even consider execution to be a proper punishment for minor theft.

Stole something? No problem, just a telling off and compensation suffices. But repeat it 20-30 times? Then everyone's better off with you gone. Especially if it's the violent kind of theft (as opposed to something like pickpocketing)
