#53I didn't know so many sites were depending on Fastly. Stack Overflow, GitHub, reddit, .... Even pip is unavailable. My development workflow is completely janked up. It is a bit scary that we are putting too many eggs in one basket.

I had some issues, checked the service status page said no issues, but images were returning a 503.
Maybe they host their service status page elsewhere including using fastly.

The reality is that a single failure can knock out 90% of the services people use.
