The "transfer to Lightsail" step (from another AWS resource) is free, as long as you use the private IP.

Sounds like a good business idea. Pay $10-50 a month for us to automatically disable your services which go over your stated budget. Free tier at 1 service.

Until you get successful and Amazon copy your implementation.

Their yearly conference, Re:Invent, is going on this week, so there will probably be more announcements to come.
