The premise of the article
Is so easy to refute that it makes any conclusions drawn ridiculous.
Wealth and intelligence aren’t correlated at all. Wealth and education are quite strongly correlated but education isn’t intelligence.

Oh see that’s where you’ve hallucinated (apparently not just computer hallucinate after all ;)) Who said anything about elimination? All that has to happen is for people to stop reproducing We’re already pretty well along that track (except Afghanistan and the DRC)

Relative to the peers in their own country they usually do. Globally, yeah people get shit hands. That is why doctors leave their countries, go through the trouble to relicense and practice in the US.

I have a hard time beleiving IQ is a strong predictor of income. Anecdotally I personally know a lot of dumb people who make a lot of money and intelligent people who don't. If anything I'd say social skills are probably a better predictor of income.
I’m not so sure wrong neighborhood/wrong family is that much of an issue in the US. There are a lot of routes out of that if you dig into athletics or schooling which higher iq people probably realize and tend to do. Even military can be a good choice. Full ride scholarships especially from marginalized backgrounds to qualified people really aren’t all that rare. Schools pride themselves on uplifting just that sort of student. And you can do military reserves and get school for free for the cost of the occasional drill, if you aren’t much of an athlete or scholar.

Not really a bold claim. The scientific consensus is that intelligence is a highly polygenic and heritable trait, with genetic factors accounting for 50%-80% of the variations in intelligence. The rest is environmental (prenatal care, education, nutrition, lack of exposure to toxins like lead, etc.)
Late to this, sorry for the necro-post, but this is not at all a consensus. The 50-80% number comes from twin studies from the 1990s and predates within-family and GXE, both of which knocked the estimates sharply back. "Highly polygenic" is probably doing the opposite of the work you're hoping it does. And, of course, "heritability" doesn't mean "genetically determined"; my propensity to wear lipstick (nil) is technically highly heritable, while my number of hands is barely heritable at all.
