I can't take you as a serious person if you think serious people are limited to talking in official terms. They can also talk generally and make assumptions, yes that is allowed. At no point did I say that all students are at the same level. I can't quite see what issue you have with the all of this, other than you don't like it because you don't like it.

For one thing high school is a level of education not a "intelligence level". For another thing there is not a single google search result for the phrase "high school intelligence level task". Unless Google is malfunctioning it seems you are just making things up?

1) "TERM X" is not real but I can see where you are coming from since other people believe in "TERM X".

and

2) You literally just made up "TERM X" on the spot to argue some other thing was true.

Yes, but still a free product. Unless you say that in the future the product won't have a free offering anymore, it's a free product.

I used the newly released gemini live mode. I thought they were positioning it against chatgpt live mode. But the voice is hilariously unnatural. It makes you not want to talk to it at all. If this is the best google can do, they are years behind the competition.

I just tried it after your message. It has like 5-10 voices. Many of them very reasonable, some of them quite good on my pixel phone.

who knows in that regards ... all i know is they sold and advertised a product to get people to pay them for hype and dangling a product in front of them with tricky language .. subscribe and you might get it lol. They are playing the start-up horseshit marketing game as its still not a product on the market and does it really exist.......

I don't even have any options to choose a different voice. It's just a very mechanical voice. I feel the default google assistant voice was way better than this one.

Eh, Bing’s index and infrastructure are perfectly adequate and they’ve still got a single digit market share. One might argue other people dont have them (others once did) because Google’s brand moat drowned the competition and makes nobody else bother.

OpenAI could build a moat in a lot of different ways including ones that haven’t been thought of yet.

They’ll find several I am sure.
