That is absolutely not how it works. If you offer a platform for public discourse you are required by law to moderate it or face the consequences. Telegram group chats are technically open to moderation, yet the company has done nothing to put any kind of moderation in place. This is in contrast to Facebook or Twitter. Those platforms will absolutely take down content that is offensive or criminal in nature.

I really have no idea why you think this is worth noting; they've only posted a few times, and haven't once said a negative thing about Ukraine or Ukrainians. Also, you don't have to tell people to take the opinions of anonymous strangers with a "grain of salt." It's weird.
