I thought Ruby Central were/had put this stuff behind them. why are they still threatening to sue Andre Arko, and reporting him to the fbi?! When I saw the postmortem or whatever it was called from schneems (and when I heard/saw he was involved and what he was doing) I really thought things were moving in the right direction.
They aren't "threatening" to sue Andre. They threatened to sue him in October and haven't retracted it. He also threatened to sue them by raising issues about Bundler trademark. The post is very clear about what settlement he wants. He's not accepting their terms, and shaming them in the post, because they're not willing to make an apology.
You could say that is unreasonable or immature, but whatever. He clearly doesn't feel compelled to settle for less.
Regarding the lawsuit threats, there is a big difference between the two sides. There's is clearly baseless, where his is clearly justified. His trademark suit seems to be the biggest thing they are worried about.
