The companies are not going to do that sort of thing out of kindness. It's up to society to set up the appropriate tax regime.
Yep, giving one the opportunity to work isn't good enough, so State has to step in and create _less_ prosperity (considering that more jobs would be available, or cheaper services and products would be created with the same resources, were it not for the cost of taxes).
