Which licensing terms? That has nothing to do with each other. This icon set is foss, that means the sources are free and you can use the icons as you wish, as long as not otherwise encumbered. For the brand icons the source code is free, but if you use them in a way that conflicts with the trademark holder rights they can sue (depending on your jurisdiction). That's why patents are such a big danger to FOSS software…
So, there are licensing terms, they just aren't additional ones from Feather?
