I have many bad things to say about MS Teams, but it does allow you to join a meeting multiple times on multiple devices using the same user account - so you can watch a screenshare on your desktop. machine but use the microphone or camera on your phone.

Google Meet lets you do that too, in fact I was doing it earlier today, but until now I hadn't thought that was in any way remarkable... is it really?

Home depot stocks Wyze cams too.

Really? If you're lucky enough to have one near you they are usually in stock and often on sale at Microcenter.

You can make flatbread without yeast. Flour + water + salt + oil.

Get some cheap clippers, use the ~#2 guard, and deforest that shit. Crack hair is useful for a lot of things, keeping skin from rubbing, fart silencing, sweat management, etc. But you only need a bit of hair for that to work. 80% of the length can be removed with no ill effect, but dramatic improvement in general cleanliness and comfort.

They do look like exactly what I'm looking for, I'm just turned-off by the pricing model of "Contact Sales" When I'm just looking for a single camera to fit in my budget for personal projects.

I've been a Basler customer for over 15 years. They're pretty good to work with.

Basler has very well-made equipment and lovely software (Pylon) compared to most of what is available in the imaging world. If you want to see what things would actually cost at open market price, look at Edmund Optics listings for the cameras (eg. https://www.edmundoptics.com/f/basler-ace-usb-3.0-cameras/14... ), they are expensive by consumer standards but quite reasonable by industrial standards. Basler also tends to be pretty friendly with academics or other potential partners who might increase the value of their line, so it may be worth asking, depending on what sort of thing you're considering doing.

Their area-scan features turned out to be unsuitable for what I'd hoped to use it for, but having looked at Pylon in determining that, I really wish I'd been able to, because the alternative I ended up with has been closer to "magnetized needle and steady hand" than "lovely API."

+1 for Elgato, I haven't used their CamLink but have had an excellent experience with their Eve products in my HomeKit setup.
